Baladac is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baraka Holding, and handles all aspects of Baraka's real estate development projects in Lebanon, including design, building, management, marketing, and sales. The brand identity was centered around a medley of elements extracted from Arabic type, Latin type and geometric shapes with a rich colour palette, while still conveying a harmonious feel to reflect what Baladac is accomplishing: 'building facilities, communities and a better way of life'.
